4 Quick Tips to shift from Control Freak/Perfectionist to Surrender and allowing the flow

=>you have a hard time asking for help or saying “No”!
=>you think “if it’s going to get done and get done right, I will have to do it”? 
=>If the next question you ask is: “What do I do about this?”;

Here are 4 secrets to practice shifting from Control Freak/Perfectionist

to Surrender, let go and allow the flow = creating Balance and Harmony!

1.  Notice and change the Inner Game you are playing – i.e. I have to do it all; Life is hard; I have to make everyone happy; I can’t seem to catch a break; etc. Notice your words. Shift the disempowering words to powerful words. Stand in your power. You will always win at the game you are playing.
2.  Stay present and aware: Notice & let go of your judgments. Surrender – Go with the flow of life. Allow the path to unfold. Start embracing inspiration, fun and trust (yourself, others, the Divine and circumstances). Remember: What you resist persists.
3.  Ask yourself powerful questions: What do I need? What am I feeling? What is my next indicated step? Honor your feelings, they don’t have to take you out of commission.
4. Have a plan and a partner/coach/accountability buddy/support system. With a plan you can see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You have a clear and concise plan of action; keeping track of your progress and journey. With a coach you have a partner, accountability buddy and support system, who sees your highest and best even when you can’t. A coach helps, supports, guides and assists along the way – you don’t have to go through transition separate and alone; it doesn’t have to be hard.
